Connect to the International Student Helpdesk
- If you are already an AMU student, you can connect to the helpdesk directly via your ENT.
- If you are not yet an AMU student, you will need to create an account using your email address.

Some good practices for using the tool
- Use the right ticket according to the topic of your question.
- Complete the mandatory criteria requested, to allow the Welcome team to assist you in a personalized way.
- Create only one ticket per question. There is no need to create multiple tickets for the same request, the Welcome team will answer you within 76 hours. After the time limit, we invite you to take your ticket and add a new comment, the ticket will then go up in the processing.
