
To study at university, you need to register.
Whether you are a future student (new baccalaureate holder, from another university, etc.) or already at amU (re-registration).
Registration opens on July 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for re-enrollments, and on July 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for new baccalaureate holders and transfer students.
The end of registration is indicated by your faculty, school or institute.

Your registration consists of 2 successive and compulsory parts:
Administrative Registration (IA) to :
- obtain student status with your certificate of registration and your student card required to take part in University activitiesÌý
- access your Digital Working Environment (ENT) and over 30 related services (grades, timetable, exam calendar, online internship platform, online courses, etc.)
Pedagogical Registration (IP) to :
- formulate your pedagogical choices (TD groups, etc.)
- register for exams

BEFORE YOU START REGISTERING, BE AWARE OF THE STEPS BELOWSTEP
1 :Contribution Vie Étudiante et Campus (CVEC)
The CVEC is a compulsory tax of 105€ (year 2025/2026) for all Higher Education students enrolled in Initial Training (not applicable to students in Continuing Training, on professionalization contracts or on supervised mobility in France).
Log on to create your account and pay your CVEC.
Download your certificate of payment (by payment or exemption if you are a scholarship holder). You will be asked for it when you register.
Step 2: Online registration "IA web" or paper
The registration procedure is in most cases dematerialized paperless.
Closing of IA web from July 25, 2025 at 12:00 pm to August 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm
Information on administrative registration dates via Mon Master
- Admission proposal definitively accepted between June 2, 2025 and July 17, 2025: from July 4, 2:00 pm to July 24, 12:00 pm
- Admission proposal definitively accepted between July 18, 2025 and August 30, 2025: as soon as possible after acceptance, until September 19, 5:00 pm

1st registration at amU
You have never been registered at amU, you are a new entrant or admitted via Parcoursup or Mon Master, access the registration portal
From July 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm until July 19, 2025 at 5:00 pmÌý
For those admitted via Parcoursup:make sure you respect the registration deadlines indicated in the admission message
For those admitted via Études en France: registration possible from July 4, 2025 at 2:00 pm until the deadline indicated by your faculty, school or institute.
Wait for the explanatory e-mail sent by the institution giving you the procedure to follow (registration link, login, link to CVEC) once the visa has been approved by the consular services.
Re-registration at amUÌý
From July 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. to July 19, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.Ìý
If you are a student already registered at amU (year N-1), access
If your registration at amU has been interrupted for a year, contact your school
Some faculties, schools or institutes have not dematerialized their registration, consult the website for your faculty, school or instituteStep
3:Payment of registration fees
Payment is made online by credit card or in person at your school by credit card, bank transfer or cheque (payable to the Âé¶¹tv Accounting Agent).
If you have applied for a CROUS scholarship, you will be exempt from paying registration fees. If your application is under review, your registration fee payment will be put on hold.
For students on work-study contracts, please contact your school (your registration will be put on hold for payment).

4: Activate your Digital Working Environment
This step does not concern students already registered at amU.
Once you've registered, you'll receive your personal e-mail address :
- your ENT activation and digital resources access details

Step 5: Supporting document
Supporting documents should be uploaded to your ENT as soon as possible.

6: Confirmation of registration
At this stage, once all the documents have been checked, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and you will be able to obtain your student card or sticker (for re-registration) according to the procedures indicated by your school.
Your certificate of registration will be directly available in your ENT.
Step 7: Pedagogical Registration
You are now registered as a student at Âé¶¹tv and you must now proceed with your registration : choice of options, registration in tutorials or practical work groups, etc.
