Les élèves des Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles (CPGE) à l'Université

Are you registered in a "classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles" (CPGE) at a high school with an agreement with Aix-Âé¶¹tv?
Each year you must also register at university.

Administrative registration opens on July 9, 2024 for 1st years and September 1, 2024 for 2nd years and Kubé.
Registration closes on November 15, 2024.

What's the registration procedure?

  1. Paying the CVEC

Are subject to the Contribution de la Vie Etudiante et de Campus (CVEC)

The compulsory tax of €103 (for 2024/2025), which is a prerequisite for registration for all students in initial training in higher education.

Townload your certificate of payment (by payment or exemption if you are a scholarship holder) which includes a number required for registration.

 

  1. Registering at the University

Registration requires payment of university fees corresponding to those for a bachelor's degree, i.e. 175€. Students on scholarship are exempt.

In most cases, administrative registration (IA) is carried out online :

  • You are in 1st year CPGE via Parcoursup

  • You were registered at amU in year N-1 and you are in 2nd year CPGE, repeating (1st or 2nd year CPGE), in 1st year CPGE coming from a licence

What services are available to you at the University?

Once you have registered, you will receive your student card, which will give you access to the University's resources and activities :

-,
- Environnement Numérique de Travail (ENT) (including teaching resources),
-services of the
- activities offered by the
- activities linked to student life,
- activities linked to the Service Universitaire d'Insertion et d'orientation (SUIO),
- access to preventive medicine

 

Reorientation : How can I benefit from exemptions to enter university?

You are registered at amU in the 1st or 2nd parallel year of a CPGE and would like to leave your CPGE to enter a bachelor's degree program.
Contact your high school to obtain the standard application form.

You must submit your request:

  • in December/January for integration during the yearin

  • June/July for continuing your studies in a higher year (N+1)

At the University, these requests are examined by the Pedagogical Commission.

Special case for the ALLSH component

All students, whatever their plans (ending or continuing their CPGE), must submit a request for exemption each year.
These requests are examined by a joint Pedagogical Commission.

The ALLSH Faculty offers a diploma system for Khûbes students (who must have obtained an exemption of 120 ECTS in previous years).
