The result of a forward-looking process involving all stakeholders, this innovative approach is aimed at obtaining the prestigious EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) label.

It is built around amU's five core values - Humanity, Commitment, Inventiveness, Excellence and Cooperation - in order to develop a genuine culture of quality, in perfect harmony with the institution's strategic ambitions.

, amU will roll out 29 emblematic, transformative and measurable actions, as examples of the deployment of its strategy supported by its quality policy and the support of the Digital, Strategic Evaluation and Quality Vice-Presidency.
These initiatives concern all university components, research units, central departments, administrative services and foundations. The main aim of this quality policy is to improve the experience of students, future students and staff at the university. It is built around a dynamic of continuous improvement based on EFQM, enabling the institution to:
- Strengthen its ability to lead change,
- Encourage a collective and positive approach,
- Align its practices with its strategic vision and values.
New actions will reinforce this dynamic of transformation each year.
