
On the occasion of International Rare Diseases Day 2025, the MarMaRa Institute brought together professionals, students, patients and associations to raise awareness and discuss these little-known diseases, which affect less than one in every 2,000 people in Europe.
As part of the International Day for Rare Diseases (JIMR 2025), the Institute, in collaboration with the PACA-Corse, the and the took part in a national awareness-raising operation for future healthcare professionals during a half-day information session on February 25.
On the occasion of World Rare Disease Day on February 28, more than 200 participants, including patients, associations, caregivers, students, researchers, clinicians and healthcare professionals, gathered to discuss the issues surrounding rare diseases. The day also provided an opportunity to present the (PNMR4)
12 associations representing patients and partners were also present, enabling a great deal of interaction.
