Do you want to make a personalized request for assistance to the DPO of AMU? Follow the step-by-step procedure.
- You have an AMU account (.. @univ-amu.fr)
Step 1: Go to one of the pages of the Aix-Â鶹tv website
Step 2: Go to the footer
Step 3: Click on the link "Referral to DPO".
Step 4: Click on the "Login with an AMU account" item
Step 5: Enter your Username and Password and login
Step 6: Formulate your request and click on "Create a ticket". The RGPD team will contact you as soon as possible.
- You do not have an AMU account
Step 1: Go to one of the pages of the Aix-Â鶹tv website
Step 2: Go to the footer
Step 3: Click on the link "Referral to DPO".
Step 4: Click on the "Login with an email address" item
Step 5: Click on the "Create your account" item
Step 6: Create your account and retrieve your password that was sent to you via your email program.
Step 7: Return to the "Create your account" page and enter your email and password, then click on "Login".
Step 8: Click on "next".
Step 9: Formulate your request and click on "Create a ticket". The RGPD team will contact you as soon as possible.
