The management of quality and by quality is an organizational approach supported by the management of the organization with the aim of satisfying its beneficiaries and providing them products and services corresponding to their expectations. The ISO 9001 standard is an international and general standard relating to quality management systems. It is the most widespread in the world in both the private and public spheres. DAC (Continuous Improvement Department) proposes services that help managers to implement a quality management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001, including with a view to achieve certification. This standard notably uses the so-called "process" approach and a risk-based approach.
