How to find accommodation with Studapart?

To find your accommodation, start by logging in to your tenant space. To log in for the first time, registrer! 2 ways to proceed are available: 
    1.  Use your amU ID 
    2.  Use your personal e-mail address

All the offers you will see next are verified and correspond to your search criteria, which must be defined in advance. If one or more offers interest you, create your rental file and apply online. With Studapart, the rental process is entirely digital, allowing you to manage your rental file remotely, wherever you are.

To rent accommodation in France, you will need to submit a rental file with a number of supporting documents. Even if your file is complete and reliable, chances are that the landlord or lessor will ask you to provide a guarantor. That's why Studapart offers students to act as their guarantor!

This insurance is available for the following types of accommodation: Â鶹tvstay, single rooms in university residences, shared flats, private apartments/studios and houses.

> What types of damage are covered? 
It covers all damage that could affect your accommodation: fire, water damage, storm, hail, snow, theft, vandalism, glass breakage, terrorist attack, natural disaster and technological disaster.

> How much does it cost? 
The price varies according to the characteristics of the accommodation. For example, you should generally expect to pay between €10 and €15 a month for a studio apartment.

Please note: without proof of housing insurance, the landlord or lessor can refuse access to the accommodation!
