As part of the France 2030 national plan, the ICCARE "Maturation - Pre-maturation" consortium aims to promote research projects supported by the national acceleration strategy dedicated to the cultural and creative industries (CCI).
ICCARE supports a critical segment of the innovation cycle aimed at overcoming technical, economic and organizational barriers in these industries, and enabling the dissemination of new solutions resulting from public research. ICCARE helps to develop the research potential of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) laboratories with the potential to create innovative technologies (IT, AI). With the transfer expertise of the 9 SATTs, it contributes to the creation of economic outlets based on three pillars: culture, technology and transfer.
The consortium is made up of 18 partners, including 7 major universities, CNRS, INRIA and 9 of the 13 SATTs (Sociétés d'Accélération du Transfert de Technologies), and covers the whole of France, with a balanced distribution of public research strengths and skills. The budget available to the consortium enables the co-financing of around fifty prematurations and twenty maturations.
AMU is the consortium leader for prematuration projects, and SATT Toulouse Tech Transfer (TTT) is the maturation leader. Together, they form the executive unit responsible for coordinating the consortium and the selection committees for projects submitted by partners.
