Based on the principle of site-wide sharing, the BOOSTER project is financed by the ANR as part of the France 2030 investment plan.
The Lifelong Training (FTLV) axis (AMU, Sciences Po Aix, ECM) aims to develop our continuing education and apprenticeship activity to meet the socio-economic challenges of FTLV.
Based on a new approach to FTLV, it will recruit 5 pedagogical engineers to enrich our offering around 3 themes that represent strong market potential, and renew our continuing education pedagogical model (modularization of cumulative skill blocks, hybridization and training through practice) to better adapt it to market expectations.
Finally, it will recruit skills in market analysis (3 FTEs), marketing and communications (2 FTEs) and business development (5 FTEs) to develop our marketing and sales capabilities and increase the visibility of our offering and the volume of our business.
