The ambition of the 4D-OMICS project is to set up a coherent regional digital resource capable of boosting the biology research programs of the partners involved.
This project comes to answer the needs of the OMICS community of 7 partners within the university as well as the AP-HM and the University of Nice. The project includes after study the grouping of needs, the purchase and the setting in production of 8 petabytes (Po) of storage and a certain number of computing means (CPU & GPU) to carry out treatments. The community of teacher-researchers will benefit from the progress of this project.
