Simply fill in the requests (drop-down menus) and choose the available slot you require

 

Coverage:
You need to bring you carte vitale and your mutuelle card. This will enable you to benefit from third-party payment. 
If you don't have a mutuelle, you can pay the remainder by credit card. 
If you don't have social security cover, we can help you with the formalities.

Nursing appointment

You can consult a nurse for a variety of reasons, such as: 

• Bandaging, removal of stitches
• Treatment follow-up
• Treatment of ailments
• Accidents
• Unwellness
• Vaccinations
  ...

Remember to bring your prescription if you have one.

Medical appointment 

Consultations are provided for: 

• Standard general medicine and the possibility of declaring a general practitioner
• Updating vaccinations
• Listening consultations in the event of psychological difficulties, with referral if necessary to the department's psychiatrist or psychologists or to an external structure
• Drawing up a certificate stating that there are no contraindications to practising sport

Gynaecological appointment

You can consult a doctor specialising in gynaecology for any gynaecological reason. This consultation is by appointment only, with no advance payment thanks to the full third-party payment system ONLY on the Saint Charles site. To make an appointment: 

• Call the secretariat 04 13 55 00 07 from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 17.00.

Psychology

Are you going through a period of self-doubt, are you worried, or are you experiencing difficulties during your university studies? Whatever your situation or problem, your status as a student means that you can meet one or more of the department's psychologists for an interview. They are available Monday to Friday.

These consultations are free of charge and students are expected to keep to the agreed appointments by notifying the secretariat as soon as possible if they are unable to attend. 

Psychiatry Unit

The University Health Service offers psychiatric consultations. These consultations are by appointment only, and there is no advance payment thanks to the full third-party payment system ONLY on the Saint Charles site.  

• To make an appointment, you must be referred by one of the department's doctors or psychologists.

The University Health Service can also refer you to external emergency and specialist care facilities (see useful links).
