Musicians: MAO workshops open to all AMU students are offered in partnership with .
These workshops are based on Ableton Live, a world-renowned software for the creation of computer-assisted music (composition, production of sound creation for live performances, musical creation for the stage, studios, etc.).

The workshops are led by a trainer, musician and sound engineer and offer, according to your level: an introduction to the software and an approach to the basics of CAM, up to a creative use of Ableton Live on production projects:

• Beginner workshop (total novice on Ableton Live) - Tuesday evenings
• Intermediate workshop (some basic knowledge of Ableton Live) - Wednesday evenings
• Advanced workshop (good command, familiar with the use of Ableton Live) - Thursday evenings

Every week from 6pm to 8pm in the 6MIC studios, starting the week of September 26.

Registration requirements:

• You have a laptop that you can bring to the workshops (an Ableton Live license will be installed on your computer if you don't already have it)
• The number of workshops is limited, so by registering you guarantee your presence in all the workshops throughout the semester.
• You will have to pay a 2€ membership to 6MIC at the first workshop.

Registration will open on this page on Tuesday 14 September 2021 at 6pm.

How to get there?

6MIC is located at the entrance of the new district of La Constance in Aix-en-Provence, a few hundred meters from the Vasarely Foundation, at the level of Chemin des Aubépines.

A8 from Nice : direction Gap A51 then exit 7 Jas de Bouffan
