Grading :
2 grading levels:
+0.25: for a student who attends the weekly sessions regularly and demonstrates
motivation and involvement.
+0.50 : awarded to students who attend weekly sessions regularly, show strong
motivation and involvement and/or who participates in the production of a large-scale
event.
Methods of collecting results
The Culture and Society department, in consultation with the parties involved in the scheme and the teacher in charge of coordinating the subsidized activity, collects the objective data needed to monitor the subsidized activities (attendance/participation in events).
Grading is proposed by the activity coordinator.
