International students will be able to go directly to one of the 2 welcome desks, Aix-Schuman and Marseille Saint-Charles, and make 2 weeks of individual appointments with the welcome team.
On the menu for this flagship back-to-school event: individual assistance with all your administrative formalities, meetings with partners and orientation on the campuses.
The hybrid welcome desk: get help with all your formalities
From the end of August to the end of September, on the Marseille Saint Charles campus, and the Aix-en-Provence Schuman campus, the International Student Welcome team and its partners will be there to help you with everything you need to know!
You won't be available during this period? Make an individual appointment with the Welcome team on the Aix-en-Provence Schuman campus from September 9 to 13, and again from September 30 to October 4!
Are you from Marseille? Book an individual appointment from September 16 to 27.

When you arrive in France, you'll need to visit our welcome desk for international students! It's a key moment not to be missed for any newcomer looking for personalized assistance with all the administrative formalities they need to complete on arrival in France (accommodation, visa, insurance...).

- Banking: Have you contacted before arriving in France? Meet them at our counters to finalize your procedures.
Need to open a bank account? and are there to help you! - Insurance: Do you need civil liability insurance? Home insurance? and will be there too.
- Health : Sign up for Social Security at one of our counters, and the will be waiting for you at your campus counter. Do you have a health question? Would you like to make an appointment for a chest x-ray (compulsory for all non-European students) or to check the validity of your vaccinations? Meet with the Service Inter- Universitaire de la Médecine Préventive et la Promotion de la Santé (SIUMPPS).

Residence permit" workshops
Take advantage of our "residence permit" workshops to help you with your migration procedures!
The International Students Office will help you apply for your residence permit and validate your VLS-TS permit.
