Aix Marseille Université organizes its 4th AMU PREP'DAYS edition: a series of 6 online conferences to help international students prepare for their arrival and future move to France!
AMU PREP'DAYS: THE MUST-ATTEND UNIVERSITY PRE-START EVENT FOR AMU INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS!
This year's AMU PREP'DAYS will take place from June 10 to June 26, 2025!
To help recently admitted international students better understand all the administrative formalities they need to complete and get started in the best possible conditions, Aix Marseille Université organize themed online conferences specially dedicated to them.
More specifically, there are 6 conferences hosted in French by the International Student Welcome Team of the International Relations Office (DRI), with the participation of numerous partners. Topics covered include:
- Visa: application, validation and renewal
- Housing: methodology for finding accommodation, guarantor(s), rental file
- Banking: opening a bank account
- Insurance : compulsory insurances (civil and Â鶹tv)
- Employment : methodology for finding a student job (French legislation, provisional work authorization)
- Health: French social security system "Sécurité Sociale", complementary health insurance "Mutuelle santé", local health centers
- Social aid: APL from CAF, CROUS aid and others
- University life: administrative and pedagogical enrollments, CVEC tax, campus life
- Daily life: budgeting, food shopping, shopping, cultural and tourist discoveries
